1/2pt raw choc shake - oat milk, raw cacao, hemp seeds, flax seeds, bee pollen

2/3pt green tea
1/2pt nettle tea

Haddock, sweetcorn

Egg, grated carrots, beans, miso soup with corn and peas

How am I feeling - 27 may 10

Juice fast - fine all day
Really productive
5.15pm - feeling v hungry
Pm: wee almost clear coloured

Am really excited! My kefir granules arrived today (bought on eBay). Soon I'll have a ready supply of these beneficial bacteria for the price of a pint if milk! You can make a whole batch on 24 hours AND it multiplies up as time goes on!

1/2pt water (missed my green juice as my DS confused me by waking up an hour later than usual!)

Nettle blackberry tea

Banana(ok, it's not liquid, but it's pulpy)

Yeast

I have been Reading about yeast Infection and I realise I have many of the symptoms listed.

These include:
Depression
Fatigue
Headache
Sugar craving 
Aching
Ibs
Gas
Blemishes
Rashes
Psoriasis
Sweat has odour

Concentration, reasoning and memory problems

Anxiety

Irritability

Helplessness

Low self esteem

Exhaustion or the feeling of "not being right"


Feelings of fogginess or "spaced out" feelings


It is difficult to overcome, although donna gates' book aims to improve the condition dramatically.


I am looking into ways to deeply detox and one of the ways is to do a 1-5 day water or juice diet, where you fast apart from drinking the prescribed liquid.  


This is a very difficult thing to do mentally as the yeast need to be fed and you therefore crave food and especially sugars.  However, apparantly, once the yeast are gone, you feel fantastic, alive, fresh, renewed, like never before!


So, watch this space as I plan to do a "juice fast" very soon....
