2/3pt green juice:cue, apple, carrots, spirulina,, vitamin powder, mineral powder,aloe juice
(i try to avoid putting carrots in because the sugar in them apparantly rots your brain, but running out of raw ingredients, so netter than nothing, as it clearly has other nutrients) 1/2avocado

1/2 grapefruit
Slice melon 1pt "thick tea" - herbal tea blend (elderflower, comfrey, marshmellow leaf), brazil nuts, raw cacao nibs, vanilla pwder, maca, vitamin & mineral powder, Medicinal salad, coconut rice, kaikai seaweed, 3 frankfurter sausages (detoxing too quickly and feeling unwell) 1pt water
