Morning after fast:
Feel a little clearer headed
Flatter stomach!
Poo = N
Feel more encouraged to carry on a healthy eating plan
Feel proud that I was able to achieve it - liquid only from 7pm weds to 12pm Friday Interesting thing to note: for the past few days I have been getting a wave of tiredness at 10pm and I know I am ready for bed. Just one month ago, I was feeling exhausted at lunchtime and again at 8.30pm. I have still been waking at c5am each morning.
